1.1.3 Installation Environment

Ensure that the operational environmental conditions fiven hereafter are satisfied.
Operational Environment
Altitude:
Operational: -30 to 1524 m (-100 to 5000 ft)
Temperature (*1)
Operational: 5 to 35° C (max rate change: 10° C/h)
Non-operational: -10 to 43° C (max rate change: 10° C/h)
Relative Humidity:
Operational: 20 to 80%
Non-Operational: less than 95%, non-condensing at 25 to 30° C

If installed in a closed or multi-unit rack assembly, the operating ambient
temperature of the rack environment may be greater than room ambient.
Therefore, consideration should be given to installing the equipment in an
environment compatible with the maximum ambient temperature specified in
this section

1.3 Unpacking and Installing a Server Drawer

with the server.
